4-in-1 Per-Unit Panoramic Stitching · 39 Equipment Rooms Centralized Monitoring · Transforming 156 Channels into 39 Actionable Views
Designed for large equipment rooms with massive machinery such as fan units, turbines, and compressors. The system deploys 4 cameras per equipment unit at different angles, stitches them into one complete panoramic real-time view, and aggregates all units onto a unified platform — eliminating blind spots, enabling centralized management, and reducing monitoring complexity from 156 scattered feeds to 39 actionable panoramic views.
Industry Pain Points · Industry Pain Points
Large fan units are physically massive. A single camera only captures a portion of the equipment, making it impossible to assess overall operational status, vibration patterns, or abnormal noise locations in one view.
156 video streams across 39 rooms are scattered across multiple monitoring windows. Operators must constantly switch screens, unable to grasp the overall operational status of all equipment simultaneously.
Equipment alerts can only be traced to room or camera numbers, without the ability to pinpoint the exact location on the equipment within the video feed, resulting in slow response times.
Traditional inspections rely on manual walk-throughs of each room, making it impossible to compare operational status across multiple units simultaneously. Anomaly detection depends on individual experience, often missing early warning signs.
Equipment Panoramic
Each equipment unit is monitored by 4 cameras covering different angles. The system stitches these 4 feeds into one continuous panoramic view that fully wraps around the equipment, enabling operators to see the entire machine in a single glance. All 39 panoramic views are aggregated on a unified platform, supporting quick switching, side-by-side comparison, AR parameter overlay, and alert-driven auto-navigation.
Each unit is monitored by 4 cameras from different angles, fused into one complete panoramic real-time view. Equipment ID, operational parameters, vibration monitoring points, temperature sensors, and alert locations are overlaid directly onto the panoramic view, mapping data to actual equipment positions.
Each of the 39 rooms outputs one panoramic view, all displayed on a unified platform supporting per-unit zoom-in and multi-unit comparison. Anomaly alerts trigger red flashing highlights on the panoramic view, with coordinated access to local camera feeds, historical playback, and inspection records.

Architecture
The system deploys a stitching gateway at each equipment site, completing 4-camera calibration, distortion correction, and real-time stitching locally. The stitched panoramic streams are then transmitted over the network to a centralized management platform, enabling unified monitoring, recording, alert management, and future AI analysis.
Data Flow
Camera → Edge Stitching Gateway (4→1 per unit) → Network Aggregation → Centralized Management Platform → Display & Alert
Deploy 4 HD cameras per equipment unit, covering front, back, top, and key component areas from different angles.
Complete calibration, distortion correction, and real-time stitching of 4 video feeds per unit via edge stitching gateway or fusion server, outputting a single panoramic view per unit.
Network-aggregate panoramic video streams from all 39 rooms onto a unified monitoring platform supporting grouping, patrol, alert coordination, and historical recording.
Overlay AR tags, operational parameters, alert locations, and inspection records on panoramic views, providing a visual foundation for equipment management and remote maintenance.

Feature 01
Four camera feeds stitch into one panoramic video in real-time, presenting the full profile and spatial posture of large fan units. Key parameters—equipment ID, RPM, temperature, vibration—are annotated on the panoramic view, flashing red during anomalies for instant location awareness.

Feature 02
39 equipment panoramic views converge onto a single platform, supporting quick switching by room number, side-by-side comparison, and custom patrol strategies. When an alert triggers, the view automatically switches to the corresponding room with highlighted annotation, with one-click access to local camera feeds and pre/post-alert recording playback.
Fan units across 39 rooms, each with 4 cameras stitched into 1 panoramic view, achieving full-coverage, blind-spot-free monitoring.
Generator stators, rotors, brushes, and exciters require multi-angle monitoring—stitching consolidates them into one comprehensive view.
Centrifugal and screw compressors with scattered piping systems benefit from panoramic stitching to consolidate all critical perspectives.
Large pumps, motors, and valve clusters are tightly arranged—stitching eliminates localized occlusion and improves remote inspection efficiency.
