Real-Time Panorama · Historical Review · Key Area PIP · Tour Inspection · IoT Integration
Designed for coal mine longwall faces, roadways, transport transfer points, and key underground areas. The system stitches multi-channel video into a continuous panoramic view and integrates shearer, hydraulic support, gas, dust, personnel positioning, and other operational data, helping dispatchers see the full underground operational picture in one real-scene view.
Industry Pain Points
Longwall faces are long with dense equipment. Traditional N-grid layouts only show partial cross-sections, lacking continuous spatial relationships between shearers, hydraulic supports, and conveyors.
Coal cutting, support shifting, and transport generate dust and water mist, causing local cameras to temporarily distort. Operators must constantly switch feeds to confirm conditions.
After incidents, timelines must be pieced together from multiple recordings, making it hard to reconstruct personnel, equipment, and coal flow changes in a single continuous view.
Shearer position, support pressure, gas, dust, temperature, humidity, and belt status data are separated from video, lengthening on-site decision-making chains.
Longwall Panorama
The longwall face is narrow, equipment-dense, and dust conditions change rapidly. Single camera feeds cannot convey true spatial relationships. The panoramic stitching solution fuses multiple local videos by field spatial order, presenting shearer operation, support status, coal wall changes, personnel activity, and transport links in one continuous view, with safety monitoring and equipment data overlay.
Stitch multi-camera mining feeds along the working face into one continuous panorama, fully presenting shearer, armored face conveyor, hydraulic support, and coal wall status.
Replay panoramic footage by time, equipment, area, or alert event, reviewing coal cutting, support shifting, transport, and personnel operations in a continuous view.
Pop up video from shearer, headgate, transfer point, and belt junction areas on the main panoramic view, preserving overall awareness while verifying details.
Integrate gas, dust, temperature, humidity, support pressure, shearer position, and belt status data, binding them to real image positions.

Integrate mining-grade explosion-proof cameras, low-light cameras, thermal imaging, or existing underground surveillance points, covering longwall faces, headgates, and transfer areas.
Complete calibration, distortion correction, dehazing enhancement, and low-latency stitching at underground or surface edge nodes, outputting one or more panoramic video streams.
Integrate shearer, hydraulic support, belt, gas, dust, personnel positioning, and safety monitoring systems to form a unified video and data view.
Support real-time panorama, historical panorama review, picture-in-picture linkage, panoramic tour inspection, alert positioning, large-screen display, and platform secondary integration.
Function 01
Underground longwall dust, water mist, and low-light conditions significantly reduce video visibility. The system applies dehazing enhancement, contrast improvement, and detail restoration to improve visual clarity of shearers, coal walls, supports, and transport channels, providing a clearer video foundation for real-time monitoring, PIP verification, and historical review.

Function 02
Fuse multiple longwall local feeds into one continuous panorama in real time based on field spatial relationships, reducing cross-window observation and manual inference. After stitching, clearly presents shearer movement, coal flow transport, support space, and key area status, suitable for dispatch screens, platform integration, and historical panorama playback.

Beyond Longwall
The core technology is not limited to longwall faces — it fusiona fragmented views from long-distance, multi-camera, heavily obstructed, low-light scenes into a continuous real-scene view. It can also be applied to development faces, transport roadways, return airways, belt lines, chambers, and guard areas, serving as a unified video foundation for smart mine visualization platforms.
