AR Real Warehouse + IoT Sensor Integration · Unifying Global View and Local Details on One Screen
Designed for emergency relief warehouses, railway wheel storage, logistics warehouses, and emergency supply depots, the system stitches multiple surveillance feeds into a continuous panoramic video. It integrates water intrusion, temperature, and humidity IoT sensors, overlays stack positions, inventory, alerts and picture-in-picture views on real footage, enabling visible, searchable, and coordinated warehouse management.
Industry Pain Points · Industry Pain Points
Warehouse footage is scattered across multiple windows, requiring operators to switch screens constantly and losing continuity between shelves, aisles, and storage positions.
Alerts or inspection tasks can only be localized to camera or area level, making it impossible to directly identify specific stack positions, inventory batches, or exact locations.
Water intrusion, temperature, humidity, and smoke data are often viewed on separate platforms, disconnected from live video and creating long incident response chains.
Targets like railway wheels and emergency supplies may be split across multiple screens, obscured, or duplicated, causing missed items and double-counting in manual and AI recognition.
AR Warehouse
The solution uses panoramic video as the main display and fuses warehouse cameras, storage location data, IoT sensors, and AI recognition results into one interface. When water intrusion, temperature/humidity anomalies or inventory checks occur, the system highlights the location on the panoramic view and triggers local picture-in-picture display.
Stitches multiple warehouse surveillance feeds into continuous panoramic video, overlaying storage areas, aisles, stacks, inventory, and alert status on real footage.
Integrates water intrusion, temperature, humidity, smoke, and magnetic door switch sensors, synchronizing environmental data with specific locations on the panoramic view.
The main view maintains overall warehouse status, and clicking a stack, alert point, or inventory target triggers a local picture-in-picture camera feed for detail verification.
Provides complete visual input for targets like wheels, emergency supplies, and equipment, reducing missed items and duplicate counts in multi-window recognition.

Sensor Integration
The system can integrate sensor data through IoT platforms, edge gateways, or standard interfaces, binding each sensor to actual locations on the panoramic view. When alerts trigger, the main view highlights the affected area and picture-in-picture shows local camera details so operators can quickly verify and dispatch.
Integrates multiple warehouse rifle cameras, dome cameras, hemispherical, or panoramic cameras, completing calibration, distortion correction, and real-time stitching output.
Configures AR tags for storage areas, aisles, shelves, stack positions, fire points, and key inventory items on the panoramic view.
Integrates water intrusion, temperature, humidity, smoke, and other sensor data through platform interfaces or edge gateways, binding them to real spatial locations.
Outputs panoramic main views, local picture-in-picture, alert pop-ups, inventory search, AI recognition statistics, and event replay.

Function 01
The panoramic main view preserves overall warehouse status. Click stack positions, alert points, or inventory targets to trigger local picture-in-picture display for fast detail verification.

Function 02
Search panoramic recordings by time, area, alert location, or inventory target. Reconstruct past events in a continuous space view to quickly locate anomalies.

Function 03
Mark storage areas, aisles, shelves, stack positions, and key inventory items on panoramic video, integrating directly with warehouse systems. When searching for inventory, corresponding positions highlight on the real-world view.

Function 04
Integrate water intrusion, temperature, humidity, smoke, and magnetic door switches, binding sensor status to real warehouse locations with on-screen highlight during alerts.
Annotate sandbags, pumps, life jackets, generators, and other emergency supplies for location, environment monitoring, and alert coordination.
Stitch wheel bearing storage areas into a continuous panoramic view, providing complete visibility for AI counting and manual verification.
Cover receiving/shipping zones, shelf areas, loading docks, and aisles, reducing multi-window scanning and cross-camera tracking costs.
Overlay temperature, humidity, water intrusion, and smoke sensor status on real-world footage, improving anomaly detection and traceability.
Before stitching, the emergency relief warehouse displayed independent monitoring windows requiring operators to view each screen for inventory, aisle, and environmental status. After stitching into a continuous panoramic view, AR tags overlay stack positions, inventory names, water intrusion, temperature, and humidity, while local details can be reviewed through picture-in-picture.
